What will you be working with?
As a Customer Communicator, you are the first point of contact when customers call. You handle a high volume of incoming calls, both together with colleagues and sometimes independently.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Receiving and answering incoming calls in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Handling calls by efficiently routing them to the right person or department.
- Providing support and answering questions from callers.
- Independently searching for and using the correct information to provide the best possible assistance.
- Actively contributing improvement suggestions to develop our service towards customers and our own operations.
Who are you?
You are a service-oriented person who wants to make a difference for people and is attentive to everyone who calls and their needs. You can handle difficult calls under time pressure and have the ability to adapt to each unique call. You work efficiently and structured, thriving in the sometimes fast-paced environment. You are a team player who steps up when needed, but also enjoys working independently.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience from switchboard operations or work within the service industry (advantageous).
- Can work both days, evenings, and weekends as the schedule varies.
- Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Is comfortable searching for and absorbing information via computer, and experience working with various systems and programs is a plus.
About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment level: Full-time 100% / Part-time 75%
- Working hours: Monday - Sunday 06:00–21:30
- Start date: First start September 3rd
- Probation period: 6 months
